JSEC Student: Attendance Tracking Made Easy
JSEC Student is an Android application developed by SoWeSign that allows learners, students, interns, and participants to easily track their attendance at training centers. Whether attending in-person or remotely, this app provides three types of validation: beacon tags (Bluetooth), QR codes, and codes.
With the proximity beacon feature, users can easily detect the associated beacon in their assigned training room for in-person sessions. By enabling Bluetooth and granting location permission, the app detects your proximity to the beacon without storing your location data, ensuring privacy and compliance with GDPR regulations. Once the beacon is detected, users can sign in using the provided signature pad.
For in-person sessions, the QR code feature allows users to scan a rotating QR code displayed in the training room or near the instructor. This helps prevent unauthorized remote signature attempts. After scanning the QR code, users can confirm their presence by signing on the designated pad.
In addition to beacons and QR codes, JSEC Student also supports attendance tracking via codes. Whether in-person or remote, trainers or course administrators can provide participants with a code to access the signature interface and mark their attendance.
Please note that using this application requires a subscription to the JeSuisEnCours solution, which provides the necessary identification code to start the app. JeSuisEnCours also generates attendance certificates in compliance with decreeand ensures the reliability of data collection for funding and regulatory audits conducted by CFA, OPCO, regions, Pôle Emploi, DIRECCTE, and other organizations.
